About the Role
We're looking for a talented Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team at a respected financial services organisation specialising in insurance products. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping our B2B marketing strategy, building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional experiences.
You’ll be collaborating with teams across the business to develop engaging campaigns, manage adviser communications, and drive awareness of our insurance proposition in the intermediary market.
About You
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a marketing role, ideally within financial services or insurance
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage your own workload independently
* A developing analytical and strategic mindset – you're curious about what the data tells you and know how to analyse campaign performance
* Experience working with sales teams is advantageous but not essential
* Confident creating and managing adviser communications journeys, from initial onboarding through to ongoing engagement
* Able to lead bi-weekly sprints with business development teams and prioritise marketing initiatives effectively
* Collaborative approach to working with content teams and network partners
* Commitment to keeping up to date with trends and developments in the wider insurance market
