I have a spinal injury and live at home, supported by a care team. The team support includes assisting me with my bathroom and personal care routines. The post requires the team members to stay overnight on the premises. The employee has their own bedroom and bathroom.Tasks include:Helping to prepare mealsHelping with housework & laundryAssisting with physiotherapy appointmentsAccompanying me to individual appointmentsAssisting with personal care & showeringThe right person:Driving license is strongly preferred as I need to be driven in my car to appointments**It is not essential that you have experience in care and support, but you must have common sense, be flexible, enthusiastic and be willing to learn. The right person for this post is able to work flexibly and occasionally pick up extra shifts to support cover for sickness and annual leave within the team.**The hours :4 full shifts every two weeks, this would be 4 days and 4 nights worked consecutively on a rota basis.
