What We’re Looking For
* Strong Sous Chef or experienced Senior Sous Chef ready to step up
* Background in fresh food, seasonal British or farm-to-table cuisine
* Experience in quality-driven kitchens (hotel or restaurant)
* Confident in leading sections and supporting the Head Chef
* Organised, reliable, and able to perform under pressure
* Passion for produce, sustainability, and consistent standards
