We are a long established family run business and are looking to add a new modern apprentice to our small friendly team. \nIf you are reliable, conscientious and a motivated team player then you will be ideal for our busy workshop. We are known locally for our reliable and trustworthy service and you will need to be able to show a high level of professionalism and customer service. Having good communication skills are essential as you will have direct contact with our customers serving fuel and other forecourt services such as checking tyre pressures, oil levels etc. \nOur loyal customers bring us a wide variety of cars and light vehicles, old and new, diesel, petrol and electric. No two days are the same. The Modern Apprenticeship Programme allows apprentices to work full time and earn while they learn putting theory into practice within an automotive training environment. \nYou will be based within the garage workshop and will be involved in learning all aspects of vehicle repair and maintenance over your 3 years apprenticeship and will study one day a week at Dundee and Angus College. Work on site will be dependent on the stage you are at with your college year however over the 3 years these will include vehicle servicing, MOT preparation, removal, replacement and overhaul of major components, changing tyres and electrical fault diagnostics.
