Shift Pattern – Rotating Days & Nights
We run a consistent 28-day rolling shift pattern with both day and night shifts (7am–7pm and 7pm–7am):
* Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
* Week 2: Wednesday and Thursday
* Then it repeats – 14 working days every 28 days, giving you a mix of full rest days and extended breaks.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Safe and efficient operation of multiple machines to deliver required business output and OEE target with all aspects of quality and food safety, including CCPs.
* SIC and Giveaway understanding, control and delivery
* Basic maintenance of equipment in AOR, cooperation with engineering
* Training of new starters and others to the required standard
* Driving process improvements within their AOR
* Ensure Food Safety and H&S understanding and compliance in area of responsibility (AOR)
* Ensure the efficient operation of the AOR, communicate any issues and variations to plan/ performance to the Department Manager
* All other responsibilities of a Manufacturing Operative
Who We’re Looking For
We’re after reliable, hands-on people who are ready to get stuck in. You’ll need:
* Previous experience as a Production Technician in a factory or production environment
* Motivated and driven
* Willing to learn
* You must be 18 or over (for insurance purposes)
