About the Role
We're looking for an exceptionally organised and proactive Office Manager / Executive Assistant to join our busy, friendly and purpose‑driven Head Office team in Weston‑super‑Mare.
This is a varied hybrid role (approx. 50% Executive Assistant, 50% Office Management) where no two days are the same — perfect for someone who loves organisation, people, problem‑solving and creating an outstanding workplace experience.

What You'll Be Doing
Executive Assistant Duties (50%)
* Providing high‑quality support to the CEO and CMO, plus occasional support to the Board
* Complex diary and inbox management
* Preparing agendas, briefing notes, presentations and meeting packs
* Coordinating multi‑schedule travel and accommodation
* Handling sensitive and confidential information professionally
* Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
* Tracking deadlines, priorities and deliverables
Office Management Duties (50%)
* Overseeing day‑to‑day running of our modern seafront HQ and training centre
* Managing facilities, suppliers and maintenance requests
* Ensuring a welcoming, professional front‑of‑house experience
* Coordinating meeting rooms, office supplies and staff facilities
* Supporting internal events, training activity and operational logistics
* Leading HR/IT onboarding and offboarding processes
* Identifying opportunities to improve operations and employee experience
About You
Essential
* Highly organised, reliable and great at managing multiple priorities
* A proactive problem‑solver who anticipates needs
* Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
* Discreet, professional and confident handling sensitive information
Desirable
* Experience as an EA, PA, Office Manager or similar hybrid role
* Experience supporting senior leaders in fast‑paced organisations
* Strong Microsoft 365 skills
