Project Manager – Payroll & HR Migration Location: Watford - WD24 Rate: £285–£290 per day PAYE (£375 per day PAYE Umbrella) Contract Length: June 2027 Start Date: ASAP after interview We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a Payroll & HR Migration programme for a major client. This role will oversee multiple HR-related workstreams and requires strong technical understanding of payroll and HR system migrations. Scope of Workstreams: 1. Payroll migration (including interaction with Paris-based global payroll contract) 2. HR Systems and administrative processes 3. People integration Working Arrangements: * Weekly on-site presence required in Watford (Astral House) * Occasional travel to Sevenoaks (maximum once per month) * Up to 2 days per week working from home after initial onboarding/induction Key Responsibilities: * Overall delivery of Payroll & HR migration workstreams * Stakeholder management across local and global teams * Coordination of system, process, and people integration activities * Support with data migration, UAT, and system integration where required Key Skills & Experience Required: * Proven Payroll migration experience, including SAP migration * Strong understanding of HR systems and how they integrate * Hands-on Project Manager able to support data migration and UAT if needed * Recognised Project Management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) This is a long-term assignment offering stability through to June 2027, working on a high-profile transformation programme.
