Are you a versatile Sous Chef with experience of working in a fast-paced environment? Join our talented kitchen team, working alongside passionate people with locally sourced produce, to provide high-quality food that delights our guests. As Sous Chef, you will support your Head Chef in leading the kitchen team, ensuring correct procedures are followed and dish specifications are precisely met. You will utilize the flexibility enabled by our menu writing processes to help adapt our offerings to meet the needs of our business and guests.
