Job Description: Main Purpose: The QA Associate is responsible for implementation of a quality culture at Marken and providing training to Marken staff globally to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Distribution Practice (GDP), Good Clinical Practice (GCP) (together GxP) and Marken's SOPs and continuous improvement, driving a quality excellence culture across Marken globally. Main Duties and Responsibilities - Identify relevant GxP / quality related training needs, create training materials and effectively deliver training to Marken staff. - Be a passionate trainer / mentor for Quality staff. - Identify and collaborate with key stakeholders monitoring trends and implementing effective solutions. - Create and maintain an Onboarding and On-the-job (OTJ) training program for Marken Quality. - Prepare a global training schedule. - Identify Quality KPIs and produce KPI metrics to monitor and drive continuous improvement. - Provide Quality Assurance support to QA operational staff and introduce new quality objectives. - Effectively interact with Quality managers, Department managers and stakeholders to maintain quality and help introduce new quality improvements. - Utilise good technical writing skills in preparing procedures and training as required for GxP Compliance. - Keep informed of regulatory changes and prompt updates to SOPs and training as needed. General - Ensure compliance with national and international standards and legislation - Ensure timely and efficient management of records pertaining to the Quality Assurance Group. - Travel as reasonably requested by the Line Manager for the performance of duties. - Adhere to Good Manufacturing/ Distribution / Clinical Practices - Undertake any other reasonable duties at the request of the Line Manager - To adhere to all company Policies at all times.
