Administrator
Location: Bracknell, RG12
Rate: £14.50 per hour
Contract: Approximately 12 months
We are currently seeking an experienced and organised Administrator to join the Ringway contract team based in Bracknell Forest. This is a temporary position for approximately one year to provide maternity cover.
A full handover will be provided by the current Administrator to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
Key Responsibilities:

General administrative support to the contract team

Raising and processing purchase orders
*
Booking vehicles for servicing, maintenance, and repairs
*
Data entry and maintaining accurate records
*
Responding to enquiries from our client, Bracknell Forest Council
Working Hours:

40 hours per week
*
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
The successful candidate will have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy office environment
