A children's nursery in Salford is looking for 2 enthusiastic Level 3 Room Leaders to join their team! This is a brilliant opportunity to take ownership of your room, lead a fantastic team, and make a real impact on children's learning and development.

👩🏫 What You'll Do:
* ✨ Lead a room of children and a small team of practitioners
* ✨ Plan and deliver engaging, creative activities aligned with EYFS
* ✨ Support and mentor your room team to develop their skills
* ✨ Ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
* ✨ Build strong relationships with children, parents, and the wider nursery
✅ About You:
* 🎓 Level 3 childcare qualification (EYE, NVQ, CACHE, NNEB or equivalent)
* 📅 Experience in a leadership role within a nursery or early years setting
* 💡 Creative, enthusiastic, and passionate about early years education
* 🏆 Knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted standards
* 👥 Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
