Contract Management Manager - LondonReference Code: 445208-en_GBContract Type: PermanentProfessional Communities: Commercial & Contract ManagementAbout the role:-The role will involve leading independently commercial and contract management (“CCM”) support for a Platinum Account within Capgemini including: Analysis, reviews, drafting, and redlining contract documents and commercial proposals.Proactive management of Platinum Account from a contractual perspective.Leading contract and/or commercial negotiations with Clients of Capgemini.Providing contract business support internally.General Responsibilities / Accountabilities:Full ownership, responsibility and accountability for commercial and contract support provided to internal clients including analysis, insights, contract queries resolution, disputes.Collaborate with SMEs to identify commercial risks, assess their likelihood and impact, and evaluate them within the context of the proposed services and customers.Lead planning and preparation of client meetings, presentations and negotiations.
