Key Responsibilities:
* Open your section and prepare for service
* Prepare dishes according to company specifications
* Meet ticket times and communicate effectively if delays occur
* Assist the Senior Chef to ensure smooth service
* Prep food following prep lists
* Close and clean your section, complete with prep lists
* Follow all health, safety, and food safety procedures and policies
* Undertake reasonable management requests
* Treat everyone with respect and maintain composure
Required Qualifications & Experience:
* Experience in a similar role
* Meticulous attention to detail, highly organized, capable of multitasking
* A proactive self-starter who works independently with good judgment and minimal supervision
