We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide essential support within our office environment. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining smooth daily operations, managing correspondence, and ensuring efficient administrative processes.
Duties
* * Answering and directing phone calls professionally
* Managing emails and correspondence
* Scheduling appointments and maintaining diaries
* Preparing and formatting documents and reports
* Maintaining accurate client records and filing systems
* Supporting accountants with general administrative tasks
* Handling incoming and outgoing post
* Provide general clerical support including photocopying, scanning, and maintaining office supplies
Skills
* Previous administrative experience
* Proven office experience with strong organisational skills
* Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office
* Experience with data entry and clerical tasks demonstrating high accuracy and attention to detail
* Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
* Strong typing skills for efficient document preparation and correspondence
* Familiarity within accounting environment is desirable
* Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Good organisational skills to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
