Client Care Advisor - Vets For Pets l
We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Care Advisor to join our brilliant team at our newly re-branded l practice.
Our client care advisors are most often the first contact between our clients and the practice, so they are an integral part in creating a first and lasting impression. We are looking for someone who is a great communicator, with a friendly, ‘can do’ attitude, and strong customer service skills. You will need the resilience and patience to work in a busy, often emotional environment and having a calm, positive outlook, with a good sense of humour is a must. Essentially, you will have a veterinary background or at least medical front of house experience.
Some of our duties include:
Greeting clients, being friendly and exceeding client expectations
Taking calls, responding efficiently to emails and WhatsApp messages
Liaising with the clinical team to find the best outcomes for pets and their owners
Processing payments, insurance enquiries and care plan paperwork
Dispensing medications
This position will include every other Saturday (with a day off in the week). It will involve evenings until 7pm, so please only apply if you are available for those hours.
