An Accounts Payable Administrator is required to join a large manufacturing company in the Tyseley area. An opportunity to join a successful company during a sustained period of growth in a permanent office-based role.
As the Accounts Payable Administrator, you will be;
1. Processing invoices and payments within deadlines
2. Supplier statement reconciliations
3. Assisting with resolving invoices in dispute and general supplier enquiries
4. Ensuring excellent customer service is delivered
5. Posting invoices and credit notes and ensuring they’re correctly coded onto the systems
6. Investigating and resolving outstanding creditor items
7. Assisting with credit control duties when required
Ideally for this role you will have;
8. Prior use of Sage and/or SAP
9. Previous experience working in accounts payable/purchase ledger
10. Confident using Microsoft Excel
11. Confident telephone manner
12. Excellent organizational skills
On offer for this role;
13. Starting salary of £23-24k +
14. Working hours of Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm (office-based)
15. Free parking on site
16. 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
Due to the location, ideally you need be based near the Tyseley/Sparkbrook area. You will be office-based so will be required to commute into the offices everyday Monday – Friday.
