Your Role
* Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional care and education
* Create engaging learning experiences that support children's individual development
* Build strong relationships with families and act as a key point of contact within the room
* Support, coach and mentor practitioners to achieve their full potential
* Monitor children's progress and ensure high-quality learning opportunities are provided
* Champion safeguarding, child welfare and health and safety standards
* Work collaboratively with the Nursery Manager and wider team to maintain a positive and nurturing environment
What We're Looking For
* Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5 or EYTS equivalent desirable)
* Previous experience within an Early Years setting, ideally in a senior practitioner or Room Leader role
* Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* A supportive and nurturing leadership style
* Passion for creating outstanding experiences for children and families
* Ability to motivate and inspire others within a close-knit team
