RG Consultancy are pleased to be working with a manufacturer based in Trafford Park who are looking for a Finance Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis. The candidate will join the team on a temporary basis to assist with general finance duties across Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger and Credit Control.
The Role:
* Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes
* Process invoices, expense claims, and purchase orders
* Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end procedures
* Support the finance team with data entry and general ledger maintenance
* Help ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
* Provide ad hoc administrative and financial support as needed
The Candidate:
* Previous experience in a finance or accounting role
* Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero, QuickBooks - specify as needed)
* AAT qualification (or working towards, desirable)
The Package:
* £26-£29k (pro rata)
* 25 days plus bank holidays (pro rata)
