We’re seeking a dedicated and nurturing 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support pupils in a welcoming school based in BH6. The Role: Supporting two pupils on a 1:1 basis Starting mid-May / early June Full-time position, 5 days a week Supporting pupils within the classroom environment Helping them to engage in learning and build confidence Working closely with the class teacher and wider support team Cover required until July initially, with potential to continue from September onwards What We’re Looking For: A patient, kind, and caring individual Someone who is strong at building positive relationships with pupils Experience working with children (school or childcare setting desirable) A proactive and supportive approach to learning A team player with good communication skills What’s In It For You?
