Job Opportunity: Operations Manager
We are recruiting an Operations Manager to oversee services supporting adults with Learning Disabilities. Join a small, well-regarded care company committed to elevating care standards to an outstanding level.
The successful candidate will provide daily leadership, operational management, and strategic direction across 7 Supported Living premises.
Key responsibilities of an Operations Manager:
* Support and guide house leaders, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
* Maintain continuous improvement processes and support operational goals in collaboration with the Quality Assurance Manager and Operations Director.
* Implement performance management strategies, including supervision and annual appraisals for staff.
* Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, procedures, and CQC standards.
* Assist the Operations Director with recruitment, HR issues, staff discipline, and training of new managers.
* Monitor and improve service quality, ensuring high standards of care.
* Enhance communication within the service and facilitate coordination among staff.
Requirements for the role:
* Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism.
* Strong leadership and management skills within the health and social care sector.
* A proactive, outcome-focused approach with a track record of success in community-based services.
* Desire to support complex needs and drive service excellence.
