Portfolio Payroll are currently partnered with a wholesaler who are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join them on a 12 month FTC maternity cover
Responsibilities will include:
Payroll Administration for new starters, changes and leavers.
Calculate elements of salaries, e.g. Statutory Sick Pay.
Weekly and monthly payroll processing.
Efficiently respond to pay related queries.
Provide extended HMRC/tax status knowledge to employees as and when required.
Closely work with the People Team to ensure records remain accurate.
Produce weekly agency timesheets.
Administration for company Benefits.
Support department Managers with payroll and Time and Attendance software issues.
Collate and produce monthly reporting data.
Produce payroll and People Team reports as required
Consolidate all payroll data ready for the outsourced provider
Monitor right to work documents
Production of attachment deductions payment schedule.
Experience required
Experience within customer service/payroll environment is desirable
Excellent communication and team work skills
Passion to develop within a payroll environment
