This is a senior, hands-on role with enterprise-wide accountability for governance, prioritisation and delivery of a complex change portfolio. You’ll embed a proportionate change framework, champion modern delivery practices and ensure initiatives deliver safely with measurable value. Working closely with the CIO, Executive Committee and Board, you’ll lead project managers, business analysts and the PMO, shaping an agile, product-aligned approach that supports business strategy. Strong executive presence, commercial acumen and influencing skills are essential, alongside experience leading enterprise-level change in regulated, private-sector environments.Core skills required
