Role
Overview
We are
seeking a visionary and hands-on Lead Brand Designer to take ownership
of Wingstop UK’s visual identity and set the creative standard for how we show
up across every touchpoint. This role acts as the creative custodian of the
brand—elevating our design craft across campaigns, digital content, product
launches, retail environments, and cultural activations.
You’ll shape
the visual worlds that define one of the UK’s fastest-growing QSR brands,
building distinctive, culturally sharp design that resonates with youth
culture.
This is an

Key
Responsibilities
Brand
Identity & Creative Ownership
•
Own and
evolve Wingstop UK’s full visual identity across digital, social, print,
experiential, and in‑store environments
•
Act as the
brand design guardian, ensuring consistency, quality, and bold creative
execution across all outputs
•
Lead
creative direction for campaigns, LTOs, product storytelling, and cultural
brand moments
•
Build
distinctive, flavour-forward campaign worlds aligned with Wingstop’s tone and
cultural positioning
•
Develop
scalable design systems, templates, and toolkits that support a high-growth
organisation
Social-First
& Motion-Led Design
•
Deliver
best-in-class creative for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
•
Produce
motion-led content including reels, hype edits, transitions, title treatments,
and screen content
•
Partner with
the social team to build new content formats and storytelling approaches
•
Maintain a
strong grasp of trends across design, music, fashion, content culture, and
aesthetics
Multi-Format
Design & Production
•
Produce
brand assets across packaging, POS, signage, events, hoardings, and retail
graphics
•
Prepare
print-ready artwork for menus, posters, store launches, and promotional
materials
•
Work with
printers and production partners to ensure premium quality output
•
Create
digital assets for CRM, internal comms, presentations, screens, and web use
Project
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
•
Manage
multiple creative projects concurrently in a fast-paced, high-volume
environment
•
Collaborate
cross-functionally with marketing, social, operations, property, construction,
and external partners
•
Brief,
manage, and oversee freelancers, agencies, and production partners as required
•
Proactively
bring forward creative ideas, references, and innovative thinking to evolve the
brand
Skills and
Experience Required
Essential
•
4–6+ years
of experience across multidisciplinary design (brand, motion, digital, print,
experiential)
•
Portfolio
demonstrating ownership of brand identity across static and motion-led work
•
Advanced
Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere)
•
Confident
designing for diverse formats — from social to packaging to large-scale retail
•
Strong
creative judgement and brand instinct, delivering consistent high-quality
execution
•
Excellent
project management capabilities and ability to balance multiple priorities
•
Deep
cultural awareness with a strong feel for humour, tone, and youth relevance
•
Strong
conceptual ability - turning strategy and insight into compelling creative
Desirable
•
Experience
working with food, fashion, music, lifestyle, or youth-focused brands
•
Understanding
of production, experiential build, and agency collaboration
•
Experience
building scalable design systems and creative governance tools
•
Experience
mentoring junior designers or managing freelance support
