We are seeking an all Age Lead Placement Officer.
The team…
The Commissioning team is responsible for a wide range of services including the commissioning and contract management of complex services and provision across all ages. About the role….
You will lead on and develop an all age placement function to provide an efficient, coherent and compliant, placement support service implemented via the Authorities information management system to record care packages and placement searches and ensure accurate and timely payment to providers working closely with our payments team. You will look at systems and processes, how to drive placement quality, market response, increase opportunities for personalisation and commissioning for outcomes. The post will be involved in placement panels and drive the implementation of quality contracts that allow for review and monitoring of outcomes in partnership with services.
