* People Performance Excellence:Design and embed simple, transparent performance and reward frameworks that drive excellence, enable clear career pathways, and support continuous coaching, feedback, and merit‑based progression.
* Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand:Build a compelling employee value proposition and market the organisation as a destination employer through innovative recruitment strategies, exceptional candidate experience, and strong talent partnerships.
* Talent Retention & Culture: Shape a high‑performing workplace culture through targeted engagement initiatives, competitive benefits, meaningful development opportunities, and environments where top performers thrive.
* HR Excellence: Create a high‑performing HR function, ensuring best‑practice policies, full compliance, effective employee relations, and trusted people leadership support across the organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience in building high-performance cultures
* Strong HRIS implementation experience
* Passion for employee development and engagement
* Strategic thinking with excellent execution skills
* Experience in implementing performance-related pay structures
* Track record of implementing successful recognition programmes
