Overview
dnata Travel Group brands Travel Republic and Netflights are seeking an experienced Product Manager. The role focuses on the continuous improvement and strategic development of our brand websites, with direct impact on business performance and customer satisfaction. This maternity cover role lasts 18 months and can be based in Leyland (Lancashire) or Kingston-upon-Thames (Surrey). Depending on location, some travel between offices (about once per month) may be required. We offer hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote each week.
Responsibilities
* Define and own the product roadmap for brand websites, with a core focus on optimising funnels from discovery through to booking.
* Manage the full product lifecycle and collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business, acting as the bridge between business and technology.
* Apply technical understanding to work effectively with IT teams and translate commercial needs into clear product requirements.
Qualifications
* Demonstrable Product Manager experience, preferably in online travel or with a strong e-commerce background.
* Curiosity to understand customers and ensure their needs are reflected in the product roadmap.
* Ability to prioritise and make trade-off decisions with key stakeholders; results- and commercially-driven.
* Understanding of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Scaled Agile) is beneficial.
* Collaborative, engaging communication style suitable for stakeholders at multiple levels and locations.
* Data-driven approach with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to implement both short-term and longer-term objectives.
* Strong work ethic and commitment to continuous improvement.
