Role Description
This part-time on-site role, based in Harrogate, is for a Sales Specialist. The role involves assisting customers with their jewellery purchases, delivering outstanding customer service, and effectively promoting our fine jewellery. Additional responsibilities include building strong relationships with clients, maintaining the showroom, and providing personalized guidance for custom design consultations.
Qualifications
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and provide exceptional service.
* This role involces handling high-value jewellery and working closely with our customers. Candidates must demostrate a high level of profesionalism, trustworthiness, and discretion, and will be requires to proivde suitable employment references.
* Sales expertise, including an ability to identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, and close sales.
* Passion for fine jewellery and attention to detail to ensure client satisfaction.
* Ability to thrive in a retail environment and manage time efficiently.
* Prior retail sales experience is preferred.
