Service Administrator (Fixed-Term Contract, Maternity Cover – 9 Months)
Location: Nottingham - Hybrid (2 days remote per week)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
Salary: £26,750 per annum
We are seeking an organised and proactive Service Administrator to join our busy service department on a 9-month maternity cover contract. This is a key role providing administrative support, scheduling, and customer service to ensure the smooth running of the department.
Responsibilities
* Manage and process service and support calls, ensuring accurate records and completion within agreed SLAs.
* Provide full administrative support to Service Engineers, including job scheduling, documentation, and updates.
* Act as a main point of contact for customers, delivering excellent service and maintaining strong relationships.
* Arrange and coordinate plant, spare parts, and replacement equipment as required.
* Update and maintain maintenance schedules, ensuring all planned work is completed on time.
* Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to organise technical support when needed.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a Service Administrator or similar administrative role.
* Strong administration and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to coordinate engineers, manage multiple priorities, and work to deadlines.
* Customer service background with experience working towards SLAs.
* Problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
