Elevation recruitment Group are working with one of Yorkshire’s leading businesses, who are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Consultant to drive SAP architecture, governance, and keeping complex environments running smoothly… this could be a brilliant next step.
This is your chance to make a strategic impact in a dynamic environment where security and innovation go hand in hand. You will be working on the design, configuration, governance, and optimisation of SAP landscapes across key platforms.
Duties of the Senior SAP Consultant include:
* Take ownership of SAP Solution Manager and SAP ChaRM, making sure they’re configured and running at their best
* Embed strong SAP ALM processes and make sure change/transport activities are controlled and compliant
* Offer expert advice on upgrades, architecture decisions, performance improvements, and general optimisation
* Oversee SAP Basis operations across hybrid environments
* Support big transformation programmes, including cloud migrations
* Act as the technical authority for SAP governance, risk, and compliance
* Share your knowledge and mentor more junior team members
What we’re looking for:
* Solid experience in SAP Basis administration and system architecture
* In‑depth knowledge of SAP Solution Manager, SAP ChaRM, and SAP ALM
* A strong understanding of how change and transport management works across different SAP landscapes
* Familiarity with SAP best practices and governance frameworks
* Experience working in utilities or another regulated industry (always a bonus!)
