What we’re looking for: Up-to-date knowledge and an understanding of game engines (Unity/Unreal Engine), desirable skills would include an understanding of 3D modelling software and the pipeline surrounding the creation of game assets. Theoretical knowledge across the broad spectrum of games, for example, job roles and skills, world-building, and story progression. Experienced in digital audio/video, cinematography, photography and video editing and you’ll be familiar with Adobe Creative Cloud or similar applications. Excellent communication and organisational skills which will help you to effectively manage the creation of stellar Schemes of Work and session plans leading to the delivery of high-quality lessons to our learners. These skills will also help you to organise internal and external examination/assessment-related administration including the moderation and verification of coursework and internal course assessments. Degree or equivalent professional qualification in a related subject area and Maths and English qualifications at level 2 or above. A teaching qualification is desirable but if you don’t have one, we will pay for you to get one and provide you with time to study! No candidate will meet every single desired qualification.
