Key Responsibilities:
 * Role model the company values and behaviours at all times: Hospitality, Passion, Trustworthiness, Excellence, Stewardship, Kindness
 * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve dealership goals
 * Monitor sales performance and analyse key metrics to identify areas for improvement
 * Set sales targets and objectives for the team and track progress toward achieving them
 * Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market demands to adjust sales strategies accordingly
 * Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team
 * Conduct regular team meetings to share updates, set priorities, and provide feedback
 * Motivate and support sales staff to ensure they deliver exceptional customer service
 * Address performance issues and implement corrective actions when necessary
 * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
 * Handle high-value sales or complex customer interactions as needed
 * Resolve customer complaints or disputes in a professional and timely manner
 * Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management
 * Ensure accurate documentation of sales transactions, contracts, and customer details
 * Maintain compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations
Experience/Skills Required:
 * Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the caravan or holiday home industry (3–5 years preferred).
 * Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
 * Leadership and team management skills
 * Strong communication and negotiation abilities
 * Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
 * Customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skills
 * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
 * Knowledge of inventory management and pricing strategies
