Recruitment Consultant
* Annual Salary: Up to £30,000
* Location: Crawley (with travel to Brighton)
* Job Type: Full-time
Join our dynamic team at Reed in our Crawley office, with opportunities to work across both Crawley and Brighton locations. We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant, ideally with recruitment experience. However, for the right candidate without prior experience, comprehensive training will be provided. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in recruitment with a leading agency.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Manage the full recruitment cycle from identifying potential clients to placing candidates.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
* Conduct candidate searches, screen potential candidates, and manage interviews.
* Provide consultation to both clients and candidates on market trends, recruitment processes, and career advice.
* Travel between the Crawley and Brighton offices as required to meet client and candidate needs.
* Achieve recruitment targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Previous experience in recruitment is advantageous but not essential.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
* Willingness to travel between Crawley and Brighton as needed.
