Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand awareness and take charge of our marketing activities and help us build our brand from the ground up. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, creativity, and making a real impact in a small but ambitious company.
What You'll Do
* Develop and run marketing campaigns to generate property leads and build awareness
* Manage and update our website, social media, and email campaigns
* Create content (blogs, guides, brochures, property flyers, videos)
* Oversee SEO, social ads, and Google Ads campaigns
* Plan property events, open days, and local marketing initiatives
* Track results and suggest improvements to maximise ROI
What We're Looking For
* 3–5 years' marketing experience (real estate/property preferred but not essential)
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Journalism, or related field. MBA or master's degree preferred.
* Strong digital marketing and content creation skills
* Confident with social media, SEO, and lead generation campaigns
* A creative, proactive, and resourceful marketer who enjoys rolling up their sleeves
* Someone who thrives in a growing company and wants to make a visible impact
