Description
The Credit Controller will;
Manage customer accounts, ensuring timely payments and resolving any discrepancies.
Monitor credit limits and assess creditworthiness of new and existing customers.
Process invoices, credit notes, and account reconciliations accurately.
Liaise with internal teams to resolve billing and payment queries efficiently.
Prepare regular reports on outstanding debts and payment trends.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations in credit control.
Maintain strong relationships with customers to facilitate smooth payment processes.
Support the accounting and finance team with ad hoc tasks as required.Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
Experience in credit control or a similar accounting and finance role.
Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
