IN4 Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Program Manager to oversee the operations of our programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of training operations, from design and development to delivery and evaluation. As a Program Manager, you will work closely with the trainers, industry partners, and internal teams to deliver high-quality learning experiences that meet the needs of our participants and stakeholders.
The key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Design and develop effective processes involving key stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement.
* Evaluate technical tools to realize productivity gains within the organisation and train the team.
* Oversee the design, development, and operations of programs, ensuring the availability of necessary resources including platforms and people to the highest standards of quality.
* Coordinate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to identify gaps and update the programs to meet industry demands.
* Manage relationships with trainers, facilitators, and industry partners to ensure effective collaboration and engagement in our trainings.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements related to training and education.
* Whenever required, collaborate with marketing and recruitment teams to promote trainings and attract a diverse cohort of individuals and organisations.
Skills
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and essential skills:
* A degree in technology, technical management or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical programme management, preferably in education or training.
* Ability to design and develop effective processes involving key stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement.
* Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including vendors, technical trainers, and industry partners.
* Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering results within tight deadlines.
* Understanding of curriculum development, instructional design, and adult learning principles.
* Knowledge of educational pedagogy to effectively guide learners.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Desirable Skills
* Proficiency in project management software and tools.
* Technical project management qualification
* Experience in working with Microsoft Power platform to automate tasks
* Excellent critical thinking skills to evaluate learner assignments and provide insightful feedback.
* Experience or interest in project supervision or mentorship
