Are you a friendly, organised, and professional individual with excellent communication skills? We are currently looking for a full-time Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our business in Solihull.
As a key part of the front-of-house team, you'll play a crucial role in providing outstanding service to visitors, staff, and clients, while supporting day-to-day administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet all visitors and clients with a warm, professional welcome
* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
* Manage visitor sign-in/out procedures and maintain a tidy reception area
* Provide administrative support to other departments when needed
* Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
* Handle incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
* Ensure security and health & safety procedures are followed at reception
About You:
* Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role preferred
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Confident, friendly, and professional at all times
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic office systems
* A team player with a proactive attitude
* Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
