We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Sales Manager, Global Payment Solutions.



This is an exciting opportunity to drive revenue by originating leads, building and maintaining strategic relationships with new and existing clients in order to identify and sell innovative cash and clearing management solutions to the corporate segment.

In this role you'll:

:Manage a portfolio of complex client to grow existing revenues, and generate new income for HSBC from both clients and prospects across the GPS product suite domestically and internationally
:Broaden client relationships by developing new business through ideas and solutions, travelling to customers' premises to conduct meetings
:Plan and monitor/contact customers as part of the Commercial Banking (CMB) client planning process
:Collaborate with key stakeholders including, but not limited to CMB, Product Development, Client Management to ensure a positive client experience
:Share success and narrative with management and stakeholder and highlighting any challenges
:Maintain close liaison with key stakeholders to provide input to the strategic direction of the business, share key insights and the functionality and launch of new products and services
:Continually reassess the Sales process through to implementation and work closely with other stakeholders to identify efficiencies to effect Simplification agenda
:Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for good customer outcomes


To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

:Experience of high:level sales and business development skills
:Proven ability in identifying and meeting customer needs through matching a broad range of products and services
:Experience of developing and executing business opportunities to meet client needs
:Relevant corporate / commercial knowledge including Transaction Banking and Global Payment Solutions
:Proactive attitude towards developing skills and knowledge with new ways of working and key industry changes
:Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to share complex information in a clear, concise and accurate way
:Strong business acumen and commercial awareness, including economic, cultural, procedural and regulatory issues


A full UK driving licence is required for this role as youll be expected to travel across the Scotland 3 days a week.
