We are very excited to be working with Glass Half Full (GHF) again in looking for a Business Development Manager – Out of Home to drive distribution, visibility and brand execution across modern, non-traditional OOH environments.


GHF is one of the UK’s most exciting independent drinks brand development agencies. Working with a standout portfolio across RTDs, spirits, beer, soft drinks, wine and non-alcoholic, GHF partners with some of the most innovative challenger brands in the market, supporting them from early incubation through to national scale.

The Role



As Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for executing GHF’s OOH commercial plan across a defined territory, focused on non-traditional drinking environments where chilled RTDs, cans and modern formats thrive.

Your customers will include cafés and specialty coffee shops, hybrid deli-dining concepts, premium convenience and indie retail with fridge space, food halls, coworking spaces, boutique gyms and lifestyle-led venues.

This is a pure execution and new business role. You’ll build a high-quality pipeline, win new listings, manage and grow relationships, and ensure brands show up brilliantly in outlet through strong visibility and activation.

Acting as a brand ambassador, you’ll deliver distribution growth while working closely with GHF’s brand and commercial teams to ensure listings are well supported, commercially sustainable and aligned with brand guidelines.



About You



We are looking for Self-motivated candidates, organised and hungry to win new business with experience in sales, account management or business development within drinks or FMCG.


If you are commercially confident with excellent relationship-building skills and love the drinks industry particularly RTDs, chilled formats, craft beer, premium softs or mixers this could be the perfect opportunity for your next career move.
