Shropshire FA are currently looking for a Participation Officer (Coaching & Pathways) to join their team.
Location: Shropshire FA, 2 High Street, Dawley, Telford. TF4 2ET. Homeworking is permitted where agreed
and travel to locations across the County will be required
Working Hours: 37.5 hrs including evening and weekend work when required
Contract Type: Fixed Term until 30 June 2028
Salary: £26,682.50
Job Responsibilities:
1. Support delivery of The FA National Game Strategy and the Shropshire Football Association Business
Strategy.
2. Support delivery of the FA Learning strategy: Inspire positive change through football by raising
standards of coaching and ensuring a safe and inclusive game.
3. Develop and deliver a sustainable plan for growth and quality across all football pathways.
Contribute to the effective implementation of The FA's Safeguarding Operating Standard for County
FAs.
4. Support the adoption of FA technology systems across grassroots football.
5. Comply with FA rules, regulations, policies, procedures and guidance that are in place from time to time
