An amazing opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic and fast paced Marketing Team as a CRM Executive at Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global.
The CRM Executive will support the delivery of the global CRM campaign programme, playing a key role in bringing campaigns to life across multiple markets. This role will focus on executing high-quality email communications, enhancing the guest journey through targeted and automated campaigns, and supporting the growth of first-party data.
Key Accountabilities:
Campaign Delivery:
* Support the end-to-end delivery of CRM campaigns, primarily email, from briefing through to deployment
* Build, test and deploy campaign emails within the CRM platform, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand standards
* Collaborate closely with the wider marketing team to interpret briefs and translate them into engaging CRM communications
* Write and adapt compelling, on-brand copy that drives engagement and conversion
* Manage a busy communications schedule, prioritising effectively to meet deadlines
* Project manage campaign workflows to ensure smooth delivery across multiple stakeholders
Performance & Optimisation:
* Produce regular campaign reporting, analysing performance and identifying key trends and optimisation opportunities
* Support the development and execution of automated email journeys to enhance the digital guest experience
* Contribute to initiatives aimed at growing and improving first-party data capture and utilisation
Quality & Accuracy:
* Maintain exceptional attention to detail across all outputs, ensuring accuracy in targeting, content and deployment
* Ensure all communications are delivered to the highest standard and in line with brand guidelines
Knowledge and Skills:
* Experience working with a CRM platform (e.g. Iterable, Dotdigital, Salesforce, Adobe Campaign, Braze, HubSpot or similar)
* Strong copywriting skills with the ability to tailor tone and messaging to different audiences
* Comfortable working with data, including campaign reporting and performance analysis
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
* Strong project management skills and ability to work at pace in a demanding environment
* Technically curious and quick to learn new systems and tools
* Unwavering attention to detail

* Previous Hospitality / Retail / Travel experience advantageous
