We're hiring multiple SEN TAs to join a specialist SEN school in Watford this September 2025. Whether you prefer working with primary or secondary pupils, we'll place you in the part of the school that best suits your experience.

As a SEN TA, you will:
* Support students with ASD, MLD, SEMH, SLD, and PMLD
* Provide 1:1 and small group interventions
* Assist with communication, regulation, and personal care needs
* Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists
* Help create a positive learning environment in a fantastic Watford school
Requirements:
* 6+ months of experience in a UK school (as a TA, LSA, Support Worker, etc.)
* Strong background in special needs support, especially ASD and MLD
* Two recent school-based references (UK)
* Excellent communication and patience
* A real passion for supporting SEN learners as an SEN TA
