Once in post, the successfully appointed individual will work alongside the Registered Manager to assist with the day to day running of the operational side of this quality led care being fully supported by working in close collaboration with a very stable and collaborative care and office team.
What the role will involves:
* Assist with the ongoing management of the care service ensuring that care is delivered in a safe and effective manner.
* Promote a supportive and collaborative working environment for both the Office Team and your Team of Carers.
* Ensuring the delivery of safe, personalised services to each individual customer through person-centred care and regular client consultations
* Engaging with new customers and their families to ensure that the care package on offer meets their every need and that the service they receive is of the highest quality.
* Have a proven ability to work at a senior level with the care sector and comply with internal Policies and Procedures.
* Be fully engaged in achieving outstanding ratings by the CQC.
* Be actively involved in the delivery of high levels of performance across the business and leading by strong example.
Skills will include:
* Previous Supervisor/strong Care Coordinator level experience within the domiciliary care sector.
* Level 3 diploma/NVQ or equivalent in Health & Social Care or be happy to take this qualification.
* Excellent knowledge of CQC standards and other relevant legislation within the homecare sector.
* A commitment to quality and customer satisfaction in order to drive the company forward.
* A warm and approachable personality who works well within a close-knit Team environment.
* Driving licence and a valid UK driving licence.
