This company is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Customer Support Office Administrator to join their very friendly team on a permanent basis. Your new role As a Customer Services Administrator, your role will involve: Quotation Management: Handle service visit and spares quotations. Order Management: Manage purchase orders and requisitions. Documentation: Ensure proper filing and storage of documents. Inventory Control: Work closely with the Stores Department to manage stock and inventory. Spare Part Processing: Schedule and process spare parts. Invoice Management: Oversee invoice processing. Database Updating: Keep our databases up-to-date. Travel Coordination: Book travel and accommodation for engineers. Administrative Support: Assist engineers with documentation and administrative tasks. Help Desk Assistance: Support the Customer Support Help Desk with call handling, scheduling, and job number allocation. Global Support: Occasionally support different time zones outside of normal working hours. Reporting: Report to the UK Customer Service Office Manager.
