Job Title: Customer Service Advisor (Hybrid)

To provide assistance and support to customers using my clients arrangements

Areas of Responsibility:

To develop and take ownership of my clients vision, Business Plan and values, and to be totally committed to these.

To provide customer delight at all times, to our colleagues, employers and members.

To liaise with employers, advising on all routine matters pertaining to auto enrolment including customer service enquiries.

To follow specified manual and computer based procedures and tasks.

To answer employer queries via telephone and email and to liaise with employers to ensure all queries are promptly followed up and resolved.

To take responsibility for the accuracy of data at all times.

To develop knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements for the provision of accurate data in line with my clients customer service commitments.

To take responsibility for the quality and quantity of your own work as well as that of the team.

To perform all duties in line with my clients Information Security policy.

To comply with the Data Protection Policy when dealing with personal data in the course of employment including personal data relating to any employee, customer, client, supplier or agent of the Company.

To act as an ambassador of my client at all times.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

* Annual leave – 25 days plus 8 Bank holidays
* Death In Service – 4 x annual salary
* Permanent Health Insurance
* Pension - 12% employer contribution, as long as the employee puts in 4% contribution.
* Performance related pay and bonus – (bonus OTE 0% - max 9%) If hit targets 4.5% if exceed targets its up to 9%.
* Health shield level 2

* Monday to Friday
