Advanced Pharmacist - Manchester - Mental Health - NHS
Hunter AHP are looking for a pharmacist in Manchester. A mental health facility is recruiting an experienced pharmacy professional to join the division on a locum contract. The post holder will clinically screen and monitor prescriptions to ensure safe use of medicines as well as participate in medicine reconcilliation for newly admitted patients. They will also be expected to optimise patient care by participating in relevant medicines management schemes on the wards, including patient's own drugs, self-administration and also medicines supply.
PLEASE NOTE: Extensive clinical pharmacist experience within mental health services is required for application to this post.
– Locum Band 8a MH Pharmacist
– £33-37 per hour
– Ongoing contract with 2 week notice period
– Flexible leave + indemnity insurance covered
