Strategic Partnerships Manager Responsible for the proactive management, development, and growth of a portfolio of subcontractor and third-party accounts. Working to achieve our clients' environmental and sustainability aspirations and ensure we’re adding value to our service offering across our portfolio ensuring that accounts are profitable and KPIs are achieved. Additionally responsible for outsourcing services that we are unable to direct deliver and negotiating the prices to ensure best value and profit is achieved. Key Duties: · Actively meet with Subcontractor/Broker customers to up sell services, increase spend on accounts and organically grow our services where required. · Source and manage suppliers for services that we outsource from both Sales and Client Engagement & Sustainability teams, ensuring that suppliers are approved and their status maintained. · Complete annual Individual Reviews for all direct reports (Partnership & Engagement Support), ensuring targets that encourage development are agreed · Attend regular KPI and performance review meetings and maintain regular contact with key stakeholders within individual accounts. · Work with the Innovation Manager, to identify, propose, and deliver new technology, innovations, and Circular Economy concepts to clients to add value to Subcontractor/Broker accounts, which provide cost savings and carbon reductions. &mi...
