The role of Senior Conveyancing Paralegal
* Manage own caseload of conveyancing sale files from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision
* Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and lenders
* Draft contracts and legal documentation
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and firm procedures
* Provide excellent client service at all times
The ideal Senior Conveyancing Paralegal
* Previous experience as a Senior Conveyancing Paralegal or similar role
* Ability to manage own caseload independently, particularly sale files
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
* Proactive, professional, and client-focused approach
