We are currently seeking a Search Marketing Manager to join their UK team in Maidenhead. What you’ll be doing Drive SEO strategy and content optimization in collaboration with editorial and marketing teams Plan, execute, and manage SEO and paid search campaigns across 16 brands in international markets Continuously measure and report campaign performance against defined KPIs and ROI benchmarks Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities, adjusting tactics to maximize effectiveness Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and growth marketing initiatives Design and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with business goals and brand positioning Requirements Proven experience in SEO with a demonstrated ability to grow organic search traffic and conversions Strong understanding of performance marketing and online customer acquisition strategies Hands-on experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends, Omniture, NetInsight) Up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in SEO and inbound marketing Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress or Vignette Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, ownership-driven approach
