Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced administrator to join a fast-growing, exciting company based in central St Albans. They operate in modern open plan offices with free parking! This is a fantastic opportunity for a competent and confident administrator to join a growing and thriving business.

We are looking for a capable and experienced administrator who has strong relationship building skills with external contacts. You will be managing multiple projects at a time and will be comfortable working independently.

Key responsibilities:

* Managing project allocations
* Manage the pipeline of accepted point of connections
* Legal Completion
* Coordinate appointments
* Attend weekly meetings, minute and assign all actions
* Request and administer quotes
* Communicate with project managers and administer a handover pack to the PMs
* Minute all actions from our internal and external legal teams
* Minute all actions from our internal PM & external Architect meetings
* Liaise with our Power Procurement Team to ensure updates for all future projects are administered correctly
* Assist in updating executive reports
* Administer contractor payments and report on committed spend versus actual spend

What the employer is looking for:

* 2-3 years+ administration experience
* Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong communication skills
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* The ability to build good working relationships with colleagues and external parties
* Excellent attention to detail with a friendly, helpful, and ‘can do’ attitude
* Proven ability to prioritise workloads and meet tight deadlines
* Proven ability to work on own initiative
* Strong PC literacy including Word and Excel
* Experience within the property or construction industry is beneficial
