Job Title: Property Administrator Company Overview Our client is a multi award-winning, dynamic and forward-thinking letting agency based in the Edinburgh West End, with customer service at the heart of everything they do. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive, growing team and play a crucial role in the continued success of the Property Management department. Role Overview We are seeking a Property Administrator to support the Property Management team in delivering outstanding customer care and ensuring smooth operational processes across the department. The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive and driven, with a naturally positive attitude and strong administrative capability. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys contributing to a collaborative, service-focused team. Key Duties & Responsibilities Processing tenant applications and referencing Completing AML/ID checks for prospective tenants Preparing lease agreements ready for signing Instructing, tracking and maintaining records for safety certification Processing maintenance invoices Assisting with property viewings when required Providing general administrative support to the Property Management team Meeting and greeting clients Managing office keys and key logs Attending viewing appointments when required Managing the enquiries email inbox Handling Council Tax, utility provider and factoring invoices Assisting with incoming calls Managing landlord registration renewals Registering tenant deposits and assisting with deposit releases Creating and issuing inspection reports to landlords Key Skills & Experience Excellent customer service skills Strong organisational and time-management abilities First-class communication skills — written, verbal and face-to-face Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail Confident IT skills across key software packages Positive, “can-do” attitude with the ability to take direction well Friendly, approachable and professional manner Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times Motivated, proactive and able to work effectively within a team High level of honesty and integrity Full driving licence preferred Package & Benefits Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm Pool car use Holiday entitlement: 28 days per year (including bank holidays), rising to 30 after 3 years and 35 after 5 years Supportive, friendly team environment with a strong focus on customer service and professional development Opportunity to develop within a multi award-winning, forward-thinking agency
